Literature Circle Worksheet

A literature circle is like a structured book club. Students read a story or book together in small groups and complete a number of activities afterwards. The students are assigned  specific roles which keep them on task and help to ensure all students participate and engage with the story. This resource includes worksheets for each of the roles within the Literature Circle.

Illustrator – Illustrates an important scene in the story.
Real Life Connector – connects events in the story to events that have happened in their own life.
Story Connector – connects events in the story to events that have happened in other stories.
